Year 5 have been really lucky this week as John has brought in an original newspaper from the day the titanic sunk in 1912. This newspaper is over 100 years old and has been really interesting for us to look through while learning about our Titanic topic!

Kaydie "It was so interesting and I cannot believe it is from the day after it sunk."

Poppy "I can't believe it is older than me and Mr Grylls."

Charlie "It was so cool that you can see the real pictures of those on the titanic." 

Bethany "I am so shocked it is still in such good condition."

Z "It told us facts about the titanic that we didn't even know before."
