This week in Year 4, we’ve been putting our place value and addition/subtraction skills to the test in a fun and challenging way.

Using dice, we rolled random numbers and then had to decide where to place each number into a column to help us get as close as possible to a given target number.

It was a brilliant mix of strategy, mental maths and a bit of luck!
